RECONHEÇO a dispensa de Licitação fundamentada no art. 24, inciso XXII , da Lei n.º 8.666 de 21 de junho de 1993, e suas
atualizações posteriores e em consonância com o parecer jurídico acostado aos autos, para a contratação da(o) COMPANHIA ENERGETICA DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE COSERN, referente à A contratação de empresa especializada com o fornecimento dos serviços de energia elétrica, com o objetivo de suprir as necessidades deste Poder Legislativo Municipal, para o período de janeiro a junho de 2019, conforme solicitação da Secretaria Geral da Câmara Municipal de Vila Flor/RN..
