RATIFICAÇÃO DE DISPENSA DE LICITAÇÃO

TERMO DE RATIFICAÇÃO DA DISPENSA DE LICITAÇÃO Nº 014/2022-DISPENSA.

RECONHEÇO a Dispensa de Licitação fundamentada no art. 75, inciso I da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021 de 01 de abril de 2021, e suas atualizações posteriores e em consonância com o parecer jurídico acostado aos autos, para a contratação da(o) BARRETO CORREIA ENGENHARIA LTDA, referente à A contratação de empresa especializada para prestar os serviços com o reparo e manutenção no prédio da Câmara Municipal de Vila Flor/RN, (serviços a serem realizados tais como: serviços preliminares de demolição e remoção, pintura, cobertura, revestimento, instalações hidráulicas e nas instalações elétricas), conforme solicitação da Secretaria Geral da Câmara Municipal desta Edilidade e planilha orçamentária anexa.

 

RATIFICO, conforme prescreve a Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, o Despacho do Senhor Irinaldo da Silva Secretário Geral da Câmara Municipal de Vila Flôr/RN, determino que se proceda a publicação do devido extrato, com a fundamentação legal Art. 72, inciso VIII, Parágrafo único da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021.
