TERMO DE RATIFICAÇÃO DA DISPENSA DE LICITAÇÃO Nº 006-23-DISPENSA.

RECONHEÇO a Dispensa de Licitação fundamentada no art. 75, inciso II da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021 de 01 de abril de 2021, e suas atualizações posteriores e em consonância com o parecer jurídico acostado aos autos, para a contratação da(o) AX BESERRA SERVIÇOS DE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO, referente à A contratação de empresa especializada para prestar os serviços com a locação e manutenção periódica da plataforma do portal institucional básico já integrado com o portal da transparência e E-sic da Câmara Municipal de Vila Flor/RN, para o período de dois (02) anos (janeiro de 2023 a dezembro de 2024), amparado pela Federal nº 14.133/2021, conforme solicitação da Secretaria Geral desta Edilidade. .

RATIFICO, conforme prescreve a Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, o Despacho do Senhor Irinaldo da Silva Secretário Geral da Câmara Municipal de Vila Flôr/RN, determino que se proceda a publicação do devido extrato, com a fundamentação legal Art. 72, inciso VIII, Parágrafo único da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021.
