EMENDA A LEI ORGÂNICA DO MUNICÍPIO DE VILA FLOR Nº 002 DE 08 DE OUTUBRO DE 2021.
MODIFICA O ARTIGO 26 DA LEI ORGÂNICA DO MUNICÍPIO DE VILA FLOR/RN, E DÁ OUTRAS PROVIDÊNCIAS.
A MESA DIRETORA DA CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE VILA FLOR – RN, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe confere nos termos do Artigo22, Inciso XV da Lei Orgânica Municipal PROMULGA a seguinte Emenda ao texto da Lei Orgânica:
Art. 1º Fica alterado o artigo 26 da Lei Orgânica do Município o seguinte:
“Art. 26: “A mesa da câmara tem mandato de dois anos, permitida a recondução para o mesmo cargo.”“.
Art. 2º – O recurso ao Plenário sobre decisão de inconstitucionalidade de proposição apresentada dependerá de um terço de Vereadores.
Art. 3º A presente Emenda à Lei Orgânica entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação.
Art. 4º Revogam-se as disposições em contrario.
